New Delhi [India] March 21 (ANI): Delhi Assembly Leader of Opposition Atishi on Friday targeted Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma for issuing incorrect remarks regarding the officials Delhi government.
At the press conference, she stated that these are the very officers who have previously served Delhi Even under challenging conditions over the past decade.

This comes after Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma gave the order for suspension while overseeing drainage inspections in the national capital as an executive engineer for the Public Works Department (PWD).
The maintenance of drainage systems falls under the jurisdiction of the PWD department; however, this task is being neglected. Therefore, I have directed that the suspension of activities related to XEN take place here. All officials have been informed that failure to perform their duties effectively will result in consequences. We cannot afford to overlook these issues. Delhi "Like this," Verma informed journalists.
The minister stated that the whole system of Delhi has "malfunctioned" within the past decade while emphasizing that stringent directives have been provided to governmental authorities with the warning that neglect will not be accepted. Verma affirmed that the recently elected administration is not hesitating to tackle challenging tasks and is actively present in public spaces.
Several problems exist. Similarly, we have resolved to put in significant effort without hesitation. These officers will be made to work diligently. The whole system needs to undergo change. Delhi had failed completely and was teetering on the edge of collapse. Those who haven’t been working over the past decade will now be compelled to serve. The administration has taken to the field directly. Officers have been explicitly told that any neglect will absolutely not be accepted," stated Verma. (ANI)
