Karnataka Assembly Chaos: 18 BJP MLAs Suspended as Marshals Remove Disruptive Legislators

R Ashoka, BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly stated, "This matter isn't confined to just one political party; it represents a massive conspiracy targeting lawmakers dedicated to serving the public. Some individuals are employing these tactics with an obvious ulterior motive."

In the assembly, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah spoke up for his administration and stated that there was absolutely no issue of shielding anybody involved in the HoneyTrap incident.

BJP leaders called for a judicial investigation, however Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated that G Parmeshwara had already addressed the accusations made by KN Rajanna and initiated an inquiry.

"The government has the duty to safeguard all individuals involved in this case. As per legal standards, those found guilty must face consequences. In response, the Home Minister stated that if Rajanna lodged a complaint, an extensive investigation would be conducted. Since Rajanna did not identify anybody specifically, no actions can currently be taken against anyone mentioned within the case.
