Every resident at Haus Da Lat benefits from a specialized team providing tailored services that span gourmet dining experiences to wellness and housekeeping support, all aligned with Copper Beech’s global benchmarks.
Copper Beech, known for overseeing some of the globe’s most private and opulent residences in cities like London and New York, is launching an innovative method for high-end property management in Vietnam. This operational strategy will be implemented across the 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions located within Haus Da Lat.
Prestigious locations such as The Knightsbridge and One Hyde Park in London, along with properties like 15 Hudson Yards and Aman New York Residences, have transformed the concept of luxury beyond mere location and facilities. True opulence now includes highly customized services and sophisticated management systems aimed at safeguarding privacy and enhancing one’s way of life.

Situated inside the Haus Da Lat compound and overlooking Xuan Huong Lake, Haus Residences marks the debut initiative in Vietnam managed with guidance from Copper Beech. Renowned for catering to monarchs and affluent individuals, Copper Beech seeks to set a novel benchmark for luxury housing in Vietnam via an exclusive, personalized service framework.
Matt Hobbs, whose expertise includes enhancing private club environments at places like Soho House, Annabel's, and 6 Grosvenor Place, observes that Vietnam’s high-end property market is growing quickly. Nonetheless, he pointed out that comprehensive services which proactively meet and smoothly address residents’ requirements remain uncommon.
Inspired by the criteria of exclusive clubs, Copper Beech is introducing a customized concierge system for the Haus Residences. These concierges will function not only as support personnel but also as lifestyle experts, equipped to provide services that meet global standards.

“Residents do not need round-the-clock supervision; they require prompt and unobtrusive service,” Hobbs stated. “To achieve this, we eliminated the traditional reception desk in favor of a concealed concierge system that activates solely when required. Each family unit is assigned its dedicated concierge team responsible for handling requests, personalizing services, tracking usage history—all while ensuring complete confidentiality.”
At Haus Residences, the lobby lacks reception desks, public thoroughfare areas, or queues. It serves as an extension of private living spaces—being tranquil, sophisticated, and accessible only to residents and their visitors.
Copper Beech's operational model is not a copy-paste from London or New York. Instead, the firm emphasizes listening to residents and customizing service delivery to the local context, blending global luxury standards with a personal touch.
Every detail is handled proactively. From adjusting the temperature and lighting to stocking the refrigerator with preferred items or arranging fresh flowers with a familiar aesthetic, the concierge team ensures the home is always ready without needing to be asked.

The Haus Residences also incorporate intelligent tech solutions, enabling residents to oversee their properties, solicit services, and interact with their concierges through a specialized application. Although technology facilitates ease of use, what truly shapes the experience is the caliber of individualized service provided.
Preferences are documented and attended to preemptively—be it aligning cleaning timetables with daily habits, allocating landscaping personnel according to personal preferences, or arranging Montessori child care and eldercare services alongside qualified experts—all executed with confidentiality and accuracy.
Residents also benefit from top-tier on-site services and become part of a selectively curated international private club network managed by Copper Beech, offering distinctive experiences tailored for a privileged minority.
A basic dish has the potential to become an exquisite culinary experience thanks to Michelin-starred cooks hailing from cities like Tokyo or New York who craft personalized menus; meanwhile, sommeliers track down exclusive wines sourced directly from Burgundy’s prestigious vaults. Locals might relish nights enlivened by appearances of top-tier performers alongside showcases featuring renowned modern-day visual artists.
