Following the unveiling of the fully electric GLC SUV, Mercedes-Benz is now turning its attention to its sedan counterpart. The teaser reveals a sleek silhouette with a front fascia that bears a strong resemblance to the GLC EQ, featuring a distinctive illuminated grille and a signature daytime running light design.
Platform and Performance
The electric C-Class is expected to share the advanced 800-volt MB.EA platform with the GLC EV. This shared architecture likely extends to the battery pack, potentially a 94-kilowatt-hour unit. However, due to its lighter weight and more aerodynamic profile, the C-Class EQ is projected to offer enhanced range and improved performance compared to its SUV sibling.
