Ducati's Ultra-Limited Panigale V4 Tricolore: The Ultimate Expression of Italian Excellence

It’s akin to devouring a pasta pie.

Each Ducati holds a certain uniqueness in my view. However, the Tricolores stand out exceptionally. The newest 2025 Panigale V4 Tricolore takes this distinction further. This edition celebrates Ducati’s triumph with Azzurro at Mugello in 2024, an achievement that truly stands out.

Fans of MotoGP likely recall this memorable event. However, for those who may not, this exclusive edition commemorates Ducati's victory on June 2, 2024—a date significant as Italy's Republic Day. During the Italian Grand Prix held on that day, the Ducati Lenovo Team competed using a distinctive Azzurro paint scheme, symbolizing the colors worn by Italy's national sporting teams. In an incredible display, the factory squad secured first and second places, with Francesco Bagnaia clinching the top spot, trailed just behind by Enea Bastianini.

At Mugello on Italy's Republic Day, two Ducati factory riders from Italy stood atop the top two steps of the podium. This scene couldn’t be more quintessentially Italian.

If your aim is to get one of these Panigale V4 For Tricolore Italia, where the V4 S forms the basis, you've missed your chance. Every one of the 163 units that will ever be produced has already been assigned.

Certainly, Ducati being Ducati, the number 163 holds special importance.

"I have very strong emotions recalling the Mugello race from last year, which concluded with an indelible win in 'Azzurro' at our home circuit, coinciding perfectly with National Day. This triumph was richly symbolic and became concrete for our Ducatisti through the creation of 163 distinctive motorcycles—1 mirroring Pecco's first-place finish and another 63 featuring his racing number in MotoGP—which epitomize Italy’s zeal and competitive spirit as representations of our individuality on the global stage. On behalf of Ducati, I extend my gratitude to Minister Urso and the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MiMIT) for their hospitality and for elevating this event," stated Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati.

Each model will come with the exclusive special edition paint scheme and bear Bagnaia’s signature, yet these bikes boast additional distinctive features compared to a regular Panigale V4 S. The V4 Tricolore Italia boasts carbon fiber wheels, fully adjustable footrests crafted from solid aluminum, a dry clutch mechanism, a high-performance braking system featuring 338.5mm rotors, and, notably, introduces an innovative element never before seen on a factory-produced motorcycle. Similar to other special edition Ducatis, this version includes a steering headplate crafted from solid aluminum. It displays the model’s title, individual unit number, track outline, along with an engraving commemorating the lap record achieved by Bagnaia.

For owners looking to add an extra touch to this impressive package, they can choose a limited-edition professional suit crafted from premium kangaroo leather, designed with a color palette that complements the motorcycle. Customers in North America who buy the bike will also get a Panigale V4 Tricolore helmet and jacket, along with the opportunity to acquire the Tricolor Italia suit.
