Himalayan Council of Nalanda Buddhist Tradition from India
(IHCNBT) has released a firm statement reaffirming their steadfast respect for the
reincarnation
procedure involving the Tibetan spiritual leader,
Dalai Lama
, stressing that it must stay untouched by any outside influence.

The statement was made during the first general assembly of the
Nalanda Buddhist Tradition Indian Himalayan Council
(IHCNBT) at the
India International Center
(IIC).
