Qatari Hajj Mission Arrives in Makkah for 2025 Season
The official delegation of the Qatari Hajj Mission has arrived in the Holy Land, marking a significant step in the preparations for this year's Hajj season. This arrival is part of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs' efforts to finalize all services and ensure that all necessary conditions are in place to welcome Qatari pilgrims. The mission aims to guarantee a smooth, safe, and comprehensive Hajj experience for the guests of God.
Upon their arrival, the Qatari Hajj Mission's support units, along with those who had already arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia several days ago, immediately resumed their fieldwork around the clock. This is part of a comprehensive operational plan designed to achieve full readiness before the arrival of the first groups of pilgrims on the 4th of Dhul-Hijjah. The goal is to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of Qatari pilgrims and ensure their comfort and safety throughout their spiritual journey.
The mission has confirmed that various support units are continuing to carry out their duties according to precise operational and organizational plans. These plans are developed in constant coordination with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the smooth flow of procedures and a rapid response to all requirements related to serving the pilgrims.
The Qatari Hajj Mission has commenced its operations from its headquarters in the Al Naseem district of Mecca. It operates within a comprehensive plan focused on providing specialized and integrated services. This plan is developed in continuous coordination with Qatari Hajj campaigns and relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the quality of services provided to pilgrims throughout their spiritual journey.
The mission comprises several specialized field units working within an integrated system to ensure the comfort of Qatari pilgrims. This system aligns with the distinguished services offered by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The mission emphasized that support units will directly supervise the performance of Qatari Hajj campaigns and their adherence to the requirements and standards adopted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes focusing on accommodation quality, the provision of amenities and healthcare, and the application of the highest security and safety standards. This ensures a comprehensive service environment befitting Qatari pilgrims.
The Communication and Support Unit continues its work around the clock, serving as a direct link between pilgrims, Hajj campaigns, and various service units. It receives inquiries and feedback and addresses them in legal, medical, organizational, and technical aspects, thereby enhancing response times and increasing pilgrim satisfaction.
The mission emphasized that close coordination between the various support units and Qatari Hajj campaigns is a fundamental element in the success of the Hajj season. It affirmed that work is being carried out within a unified system aimed at achieving the highest levels of organization and efficiency, and providing the utmost security, safety, and comfort for Qatari pilgrims.
These efforts are part of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs' 2025-2030 strategy, which gives special attention to the Hajj within the framework of promoting Islamic rituals and facilitating their performance for Qatari pilgrims. This is done in accordance with the system developed by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This system has had a clear impact on developing the Hajj experience to an ideal level befitting the guests of God.
The ministry affirmed that all the efforts made by the Qatari Hajj mission reflect the State of Qatar’s keenness to provide an easy and safe Hajj experience for its pilgrims. This is achieved by harnessing various human, organizational, and technical capabilities, and enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals in a reassuring and organized faith atmosphere, befitting the greatness of this blessed ritual.
