Best Fourth of July Sales and Deals to Know

The Fourth of July sales weekend has started, with discounts landing across every product category, from fashion and beauty to tech and home appliances. Some Amazon Prime Day deals have carried over (though not always with the exact same discount) and, happily, Amazon’s Fourth of July discounts aren’t just for Prime members.

I’ve been busily scouring the sales for the best deals, so that you don’t have to. As a consumer journalist who’s been covering sales events for years, I know which deals are worth your time, with standouts so far including savings on the cult favorite Dyson airwrap i.d. Beats Studio Pro

When tested by our tech critic, Alex Lee, these headphones were deemed the best for Beats fans. They make you feel like you’re in your own little three-dimensional soundscape, with music enveloping you.”

Apple AirTag 1st Generation

The first-generation AirTag has dropped in price at Best Buy. When our tech critic Alex Lee reviewed it shortly after its release, he called it “incredibly cheap for what it is,” noting how well it works, too. “For any iPhone owner prone to losing things, investing in a pack of four might be one of the best decisions you ever make. Precision tracking works wonderfully well when you can get a signal, and the fact it is powered by removable batteries is a real bonus in our eyes,” he added.

Fitbit Charge 6

Recommended by fitness writer Jennifer Heimlich, in her review of the best sleep trackers, as “a reliable, budget-friendly sleep tracker, the Fitbit charge 6 is nearly half price. “One thing the Fitbit app does really well is let you see how each night’s sleep compares against your own 30-day average as well as the typical range for people like you. This helps put your overall “sleep score” into context. “For instance, one night when I slept nearly eight hours, but it gave me a “fair” 78 out of 100, I could see that it was because I got far less deep sleep than usual,” she noted.

Oura Ring 4

It’s no surprise that with the launch of the new Oura ring 5, the previous generation has received a generous discount. According to fitness writer Jennifer Heimlich, it’s the best sleep tracker. It offers sleep and health and wellness metrics, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and menstrual cycles. She praised the coaching advice that suggests “your ideal sleep and wake times based on your chronotype,” and noted the app “offers access to certain Headspace meditations to help you relax and fall asleep.”

LG 65in Class C5 Series

Dubbed “a great gaming TV” by tech critic Steve Hogarty in his review, the LG class C5 series won him over for its value for money.
He wrote: “The LG C5 offers everything you need to get the very best picture quality from your games, with a 144Hz refresh rate that easily accommodates the most frames per second the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 can hurl at it, low response times, impressive HDR, and enough HDR ports to connect all of your devices at once. All that while remaining a top-tier OLED TV for movies and shows.”

Ninja Slushi

Consumer journalist Alex David said the Ninja Slushi made “one of the best drinks [he’d] ever had in his review, and now Target has dropped the price for the Fourth of July sales. He said, “I loved testing this machine. The Ninja Slushi made some delicious drinks, and experimenting with it is a lot of fun. When I was buying ingredients, I caught myself daydreaming in the supermarket about slushy Negronis or Guinness punch. All things being equal, you should give it a try.”

Best Fourth of July Beauty Deals

Dyson’s beauty sales are back following last week’s Prime Day. You can find the beloved airwrap i.d. at Amazon for $519, or the airstrait for $399.99 at Bloomingdale’s. Both were tested by our team of reviewers and earned high praise for their ability to deliver salon-worthy results at home.

Dyson Airwrap i.d.

In her Dyson airwrap review, beauty writer Elena Chabo said the tool “will set you up for almost every styling need, halve your styling time and minimize damage to hair,” calling it an “excellent, versatile tool”

Charlotte Tilbury's Iconic Beauty Wand Trio

This trio of products includes the matte beauty blush wand, the beauty light wand, and the Hollywood contour wand. Dyson Airstrait

A confessed sceptic, senior shopping writer Lucy Smith found after testing, the Dyson airstrait does in fact live up to the hype. She wrote: “Albeit expensive, the Dyson airstrait lives up to the hype. With straight hair styles growing in popularity in 2026, I’ve no doubt the airstrait will eventually overtake the airwrap as the ‘must-have’ device.”

Shark Flexstyle

If you’re looking for a more affordable alternative to the Dyson airwrap, beauty writer Maisie Bovington recommends the Shark flexstyle. “The lightweight, versatile and multifunctional tool made drying and styling easy,” she said. “Similar to the Dyson airwrap, this Shark tool uses Coanda technology, which is when the powerful airflow collects and wraps the hair around the barrel, to create a neat curl. This function worked to hold in place the section of hair being styled, preventing it from unraveling, without disrupting other set curls, which consequently created a silky-smooth, frizz-free head of curls,” she added.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau de Toilette

Reduced in price to less than $50 in the Walmart sale, Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume is a bestseller worldwide, and when our beauty expert Lucy Smith tested it for her review of the best fragrances, she certainly saw the appeal. She described how “Daisy is the perfect way to emanate springtime freshness without being pigeonholed to the March-June months.” With notes of jasmine and violet, the bright and zingy trail will be a welcome addition to your scent wardrobe.
