Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom has unveiled a selection of new culinary offerings, adding fresh flavors to its already enchanting dining experience. Since its grand opening in 2012, this immersive restaurant, nestled within the iconic Beast's Castle from "Beauty and the Beast," has consistently ranked among the most sought-after reservations in the park. Diners are transported to the heart of the beloved fairytale, with seating options available in the majestic Grand Ballroom, the mysterious West Wing, or the charming Rose Gallery. These new menu additions promise to further elevate the dining experience.

A Shift in Dining Style

Upon its debut, Be Our Guest Restaurant presented a unique dining concept within Disney World, operating as a quick-service location that required advance reservations. However, following the park's reopening in 2020 after pandemic-related closures, the restaurant transitioned to a table-service model. This change introduced a prix-fixe menu for both lunch and dinner, allowing guests to indulge in a curated three-course meal. The current pricing structure is set at $72 per adult and $43 per child (ages three to nine), which includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

New Appetizing Additions

The restaurant is introducing three new appetizers to tempt the palate:

  • French Onion Soup au Gratin: A classic comfort food elevated with rich beef broth, a hint of sherry wine, and a generous topping of melted Swiss cheese. This soup is sure to warm the soul on even the sunniest of days.
  • Mixed Greens Salad (Plant-based): A refreshing and vibrant option featuring a medley of fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and a tangy Dijon vinaigrette. This salad is perfect for those seeking a lighter start to their meal.
  • Endive and Walnut Salad: A sophisticated salad combining the slightly bitter notes of endive and radicchio with the crunch of walnuts, the sweetness of green apple, and the creamy tang of Roquefort cheese, all dressed with a delicate champagne vinaigrette.

Enticing Entrees

The new entree options offer a range of flavors and preparations:

  • Steak Frites: A hearty and satisfying dish featuring a slow-roasted butcher's steak, perfectly cooked and served alongside crispy, house-cut French fries, all drizzled with a rich red wine sauce.
  • Pan-Roasted Arctic Char: This seafood option showcases the delicate flavor of Arctic Char, pan-roasted to perfection and accompanied by roasted potatoes, charred tomatoes, shaved fennel, and a luscious citrus-caper brown butter sauce.
  • Poulet Rouge Chicken: A flavorful and comforting dish featuring Poulet Rouge chicken, roasted to a golden brown and served with roasted potatoes, a flavorful stewed pepper piperade, and a creamy sweet corn velouté.

Delectable Desserts

No meal is complete without dessert, and Be Our Guest Restaurant offers two new tempting treats:

  • Crème Brûlée Tart: A delightful twist on a classic dessert, featuring a creamy orange custard filling encased in a buttery tart shell, topped with a light and airy passion fruit meringue and a dollop of Chantilly cream.
  • Blooming Rose: A visually stunning and equally delicious dessert, consisting of a rich chocolate cake adorned with the restaurant's famous "Grey Stuff."

These new menu items will be integrated into the existing prix fixe menu, offering guests even more choices to customize their dining experience. Be Our Guest Restaurant continues to be a highly sought-after reservation, and these new additions are sure to further enhance its appeal.

Disney Dining Plan

For guests utilizing the Disney Dining Plan, Be Our Guest Restaurant is available for two credits per person, making it a worthwhile option for those looking to indulge in a memorable and immersive dining experience. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance.
