How to Create Delicious Pumpkin Toast: A Fall Favorite

The time of pumpkins is nearly here. You might have prepared soups, jams, purees, fried slices, among others. However, did you know about making pumpkin toast? A butternut squash works wonderfully well for this recipe.

How to make it

Remove the skin from the butternut and slice it into pieces approximately 5mm thick. Roast these slices at the maximum temperature in your oven. This process should be repeated once more for optimal results. Alternatively, you can achieve similar outcomes using a grill pan.

You can cover or add your preferred toppings such as cheese, avocado, jam, yogurt, eggs, peanut butter, and more before enjoying them. The butternut slices will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days, or they can be frozen for up to three months.
